SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We pride ourselves in our stress-free delivery, through a third-party courier company.
We currently deliver to Across Ghana and outside Ghana
The available delivery option includes door-to-door delivery all cities in Ghana.
In the event, we are not able to deliver to your location, we would employ the use of EMS, FedEx, DHL or Speedaf in which case you will be contacted to provide the delivery fee for your package to be delivered.
Courier delivery within Accra and Kumasi: Customers residing in Accra and Kumasi can have their orders delivered to them, where packages will be paid on delivery to the courier company. This service comes at a minimal cost of between GHC 15.00 and GHC 45.00 depending on the exact location of the customer.
Delivery charges may vary based on package size, shipping methods and location.
- Central Accra (East Legon, Dome, Adenta, Madina, Ridge, Airport, etc)- GHC 15-20
- Outskirts of Accra (Kasoa, Dodowa, Afienya, Amasaman) GHC 25-45
- Other regions in Ghana: dependent on package size and domestic rates of courier company
Any import duties, tariffs, handling fees, clearance charges, taxes, cost of damages etc due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer(you).
Also take note that the cost of delivery is based on the charges of the courier company. Using their platform, we aim in working with the courier company in getting a lower delivery charge.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this may not be on the same day as your order. Generally, please allow a processing time of 12 hours to 1 business day. If we anticipate a longer or shorter handling time, you will be notified via email, text, or call.
- You can contact us through our customer service number to make any changes within 12 hours of confirming your order, if and when a mistake was made.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message with the shipment/courier details. Items are dispatched latest by 11am on such days.
- The transporter will contact you via the provided contact when heading towards your location and on arrival at the given destination/collection point.
Delivery is usually done Monday through to Friday.. Packages will not be dispatched and delivered on the same day. We implore your patience in receiving your order, but we can guarantee you of the delivery of your order.
Kindly note that orders must be placed before 11am to be considered as placed on that business day. If your order contains an item which has been back ordered, the order may be held back and shipped immediately new stock arrives.
